Mcwbbc ViPDAC → high priority

In making the movie showing how to use Vipdac, I noticed that the order of the menu items on the left hand side doesnt follow the most likely use by a researcher. I found myself hunting around the list to find the link I needed. I've outlined some ideas below, Im not sure if these are good or not!

Maybe have a first set of menu items dedicated to starting new jobs, linking directly to the appropriate actions required and named in an active voice, indicating what the user is going to do when they follow that link:

Start a new analysis 1. Select/Upload data file 2. Select/Create parameter file 3. Start Analysis Job (links to create new job, not job list) 4. Download Analysis Results (results files list)

We could then have the more 'overview-y' links below, along with the more advanced options:

View All Jobs View OMSSA Parameter Files View X!Tandem Parameter Files View Available Search Databases
