Enable uploads of IPI records to Apropos
Reported by simont | December 21st, 2008 @ 11:17 AM
From John Wilson:
Is there any way to upload IPI numbers rather than UniProt to Apropos? I've searched an IPI database and when I converted IPI accession numbers into UniProt (which then got converted back), many of my protein IDs were lost.

Need to add this functionality and/or get it into production from development.

The IPI upload is available in the staging "production" version of apropos. Users can upload using the staging version, and then view the data using the live version.
The lists may not be accurate due to the age of the underlying databases.
