Improve formatting on Visualize marker table

Currently all the table cells run together making it very hard to distinguish sections of the table from each other. Needs to be improved so its legible! I've attached a screenshot with some ideas for where things could be better.

It might also be worth color coding the genotype data so its easier to see the pattern of the visual haplotype on the marker table too.

    I've added some spacing between the columns, updated the row colors.

    There isn't valid CSS yet to rotate the text to a vertical layout. This is coming in CSS3, which is not supported by most browsers yet.
